Maintenance free intelligent respirator is used for dehumidification and purification of air in and out of oil immersed transformer, transformer, on load tap changer or other electrical equipment filled with insulating oil. The respirator is equipped with desiccant and filter, which are installed on the air inlet of the storage tank of the above electrical equipment to ensure that the inhaled gas is dry and clean, and keep the cleanness and insulation strength of the equipment insulating oil. 
When the conservator is drawn in the air (e.g. when the load is reduced), the air enters the equipment through the sintered metal filter. Sintered metal filters and dust covers filter dust, sand and other particles in the air. The filtered air flows through the drying chamber for dehydration, and the drying chamber is equipped with colorless environment-friendly hygroscopic silica gel. When the humidity sensor in the respirator detects that the humidity of the air exceeds the preset value, the system will start the heating element in the drying chamber to dry the dryer. The temperature of the drying process is monitored by the temperature sensor. The water vapor generated by drying is condensed by convection on the respirator installed on the bottom metal flange. The condensate flows out of the equipment through a sintered metal filter. The desiccant does not need to be replaced and regenerated for maintenance.
